Build, Operate, Transfer Contracts

Automedica provides pharmaceutical engineering services in collaboration with its partners that include construction management, procurement assistance, feasibility studies, master planning, commissioning support, conceptual studies, and qualification and validation.

Every project begins with a comprehensive feasibility assessment to establish each aspect that leads to a profitable master plan. These studies apply to existing and upcoming plants. Our feasibility studies incorporate analytical tools and expertise to perform each aspect feasibility analysis. We offer several options for clients so they can choose an optimal solution.

We serve as a one stop resource for project design, construction, production equipment and utilities supply, HVAC implementation, wall paneling, qualifications and validations. As soon as the aforementioned are in place, we create and implement Quality Management Systems. We follow this up with training and handholding of relevant personnel on equipment operations and establishment of top quality systems.

We perform on the principles of Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) and undertake entire plant maintenance on contract.
